Commission Agreement
AGE REQUIREMENT
For safety and professional reasons, all Communication, Social Media interaction, and Commission - related contact are intended for individuals aged 18 and over only. I am not able to independently verify the age of every single person who contacts me - therefore, by submitting a commission request or engaging in any form of communication with me or my content, you confirm in good faith that you are at least 18 years of age.
COMMUNICATION POLICY
Clients who wish to request a commission or inquire about my services are welcome to contact me either through the contact form or directly via VGen. Please note that once a commission is accepted, all communication and the commission process will take place exclusively on VGen to ensure a smooth, organized, and properly documented experience for both the client and myself.
PAYMENT & REFUND INFORMATION
↪ The payment must be received in full before I start working on the commission. Instalment payments are available for commissions starting at a minimum value of 400 EUR . In such cases, work will begin after the first payment (minimum 50% of the total price) has been received. The remaining balance must be paid before the final files are delivered.
↪ Payments are made exclusively & only through VGen. You will receive a proposal containing the final quote for your commission. Once the proposal has been sent, you will have 24 hours to complete the payment. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the commission request will be considered cancelled. Please, keep in mind that prices are not negotiable under any circumstances and due to the digital nature of the commission, all purchases are final. Exchanges are not accepted, so please consider the product carefully before ordering.
↪ Refunds are possible under the following conditions: If I have not started the sketch or if I personally cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund (100%). If the lineart has already been applied, you will receive a partial refund (75%). No refunds will be issued once I have started or am in the process of coloring. Any chargeback initiated after the commission has been completed or after any final files have been delivered will be considered a breach of contract. In such cases, all rights granted to the client are immediately revoked, and the artwork will be treated as unpaid work. I reserve the right to reuse, modify, repurpose, publish, or otherwise distribute the artwork at my discretion, including releasing it as a free base.
COMMISSION INFORMATION
↪ Once payment has been received - either in full or as the first installment (minimum 50% of the total price) if a payment plan has been approved - the commission will be added to the queue. Work does not begin immediately upon payment. The commission becomes an active project only after it has been marked as WIP (Work in Progress), at which point work on the commission officially begins. References and images are always appreciated and can help speed up the process. However, I generally do not accept commissions involving existing intellectual property characters. My work focuses on original characters or officially licensed designs. Additionally, I do not create content that includes gore, hard kinks, sexual content with minors, or heavy/complex armor designs. Every commission goes through several review stages. You will first receive a sketch, followed by a coloured lineart, and finally a pre-final version before the completed artwork is delivered - in that order.
QUEUE & WORKFLOW
↪ All commissions are completed and delivered in the order in which they are received. Final files are delivered to the client exclusively through VGen only. Estimated completion times are calculated from the moment a commission enters the WIP (Work in Progress) stage and becomes an active project. Under normal circumstances, Custom Commissions are completed within approximately 1 month, Skeb Commissions within approximately 3 - 4 weeks, and Animation Projects within approximately 2 - 3 months.
Please note that estimated completion times and guaranteed delivery times are not the same thing. The estimated completion time reflects how long a project will typically take once it enters the WIP (Work in Progress) stage. However, all commissions include an additional + 1 month delivery buffer to account for unexpected delays, personal circumstances, technical issues, or other factors that may affect commission. This means that while most commissions are completed within the estimated timeframe, the official guaranteed delivery period is always the estimated completion time plus an additional 1 month. You will be notified when your commission enters the WIP (Work in Progress) stage and active work officially begins.
↪ Clients may also select a Priority option at the time of ordering, allowing their commission to enter the active queue immediately after the completion of the project currently in progress. Priority placement is available in three tiers: Standard Priority (+25%), Express Priority (+50%), and VIP Priority (+85%) of the total commission price. In addition to receiving priority placement within the queue, Priority commissions benefit from significantly reduced completion and delivery times whenever possible. Priority commissions are always processed before standard commissions while maintaining the order of other active priority projects.
↪ Due to the nature of my creative process and the level of detail required for each commission, I am only able to actively work on one project at a time in order to ensure the highest possible quality and focus. This means that your commission will only enter the active work stage once the current project I am working on has been fully completed and delivered. Before placing an order, clients should review the information provided on the VGen page regarding how long commissions typically take. By submitting a commission request, you acknowledge that you understand the estimated waiting time.
COMMISSION CANCELLATION
↪ I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at my discretion. In the event of cancellation initiated by me, a full refund will be provided. Commissions may be declined or cancelled due to, but not limited to: persistent lack of communication, repeated disregard of the provided timeline, harassment or inappropriate behavior, or an inability to maintain a professional and respectful working relationship. In such cases, all work completed up to the point of cancellation will remain my intellectual property and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without my explicit written consent.
SOCIAL MEDIA INFORMATION
↪ As the author of all artworks, I reserve the full right to publish any work I have created from the commission - both on social media and in my portfolio. I also reserve the right to stream the entire commission process unless you have specifically requested privacy. Commission privacy is free of charge but must be discussed at the very beginning of our conversation to avoid any misunderstandings. This ensures clarity and respect for both the client’s wishes and my creative process.
↪ After the commission has been completed and delivered, you are free to post the artwork on your social media platforms. Please ensure that any post includes credit to my social media or my name. The artwork must not be altered in any way, and my logo may not be removed, obscured, or replaced with your own. Additionally, the artwork may not be claimed as your own creation. Following these guidelines helps ensure proper credit and respect for the work provided.
↪ Others are permitted to repost my commissions and artworks, provided that full credit to my social media or my name is included. Any unconstructive, insulting, rude, or discriminatory comments toward me, my clients, or my artworks will result in being blocked. Modifying, altering, blurring logos, tracing, copying, or using the artworks in AI projects is strictly prohibited. Any violations may result in appropriate legal action.
RIGHTS INFORMATION
↪ I, Jimiseyo, retain all rights to the artworks I create, as granted by law. By purchasing a commission or service, you are granted only the license tier you have selected (Personal, Commercial Content, or Commercial Merchandise). Payment for a commission does not transfer any copyright, commercial, or ownership rights. Under no circumstances should the commissioned artwork be considered your property or creation, nor may it be sold, resold, altered, or used for purposes beyond those permitted by this Agreement.
↪ A Personal License allows you to use the artwork strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. The artwork may be used on personal social media accounts, Discord profiles, wallpapers, profile pictures, reference galleries, and other non-commercial online spaces. You may also create physical copies for personal enjoyment, such as prints or posters.This license does not permit use on monetized platforms, commercial accounts, merchandise, advertising, promotional materials, or any activity intended to generate revenue. For such uses, a Commercial Content License or Commercial Merchandise License is required.
↪ A Commercial Content License allows you to use the artwork as part of digital content created for and distributed through commercial or monetized social media, streaming, and content platforms owned or operated by you, including but not limited to Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Patreon, X (Twitter), TikTok, and similar services.
The artwork may be used within your content and online presence, including profile pictures, banners, overlays, thumbnails, promotional graphics, videos, streams, posts, and other digital end products. This license does not permit the resale, redistribution, sublicensing, transfer, or use of the artwork as a standalone product for direct sale or commercial merchandise. This includes, but is not limited to, prints, apparel, physical merchandise, digital downloads, NFTs, stock assets, or other products intended for direct commercial distribution. For such uses, a separate Commercial Merchandise License is required.
↪ A Commercial Merchandise License allows the creation, promotion, distribution, and sale of physical or digital merchandise featuring the commissioned artwork. This includes, but is not limited to, keychains, stickers, apparel, posters, prints, acrylic products, digital goods, and similar value-added products. This license does not transfer ownership of the artwork itself. The original artwork may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or claimed as your own creation.A Commercial Merchandise License must be requested when submitting a commission. An additional one-time fee equal to 300% of the total commission value will be added to the invoice. The license remains valid for six months and may be extended upon request.
USE RESTRICTIONS | ETHICAL & LEGAL BOUNDARIES
↪ I, Jimiseyo, strictly prohibit the use of any commissioned artwork or related materials I create in connection with hate speech, discrimination, harassment, extremist content, or any form of harmful, illegal, or abusive activity. This includes, but is not limited to: racist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminatory messaging; incitement of violence or harassment; defamatory or intentionally harmful representation of individuals or groups; or association with extremist ideologies, movements, or organizations. Any violation of this clause will result in the immediate revocation of all granted licenses (Personal, Commercial Content, or Commercial Merchandise), without refund. Upon revocation, the client must immediately cease all use of the artwork across all platforms. I reserve the right to publicly distance myself from any misuse of my work and to take appropriate action to protect my name, brand, and intellectual property.
ADDITIONAL STATEMENT
↪ As an artist, I put genuine care and effort into every commission to deliver a polished, high-quality final piece. I approach each client with individual attention and respect, and I expect the same in return. Please remember that you are not only paying for the artwork itself, but also for my time, expertise, and the quality of the final result. I appreciate constructive feedback, as it helps me grow as a digital artist, but personal and professional boundaries must be respected. To keep communication clear and organized, please contact me only through VGen, unless we have agreed on another method in advance.
↪ When accepting a commission, I assume that any client requesting artwork or illustrations based on original characters has the rights to use them for the intended purposes. It is not my responsibility to verify the credibility of the client. My role is solely to create the work I am commissioned for. However, if any situation raises concerns regarding legality, ethics, or the proper use of the artwork, I reserve the right to cancel the commission, discontinue the project immediately and revoke all personal usage rights of the artwork that I have created.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER
↪ All information contained herein, including this Agreement, is valid and applicable as of July 10, 2026. As our relationship is strictly professional, it is in your best interest to review and understand the terms outlined here. By commissioning my services, you are deemed to have agreed to the provisions of this Agreement. Individual clauses of the Agreement may be updated, and it is the client’s responsibility to remain informed of any changes. Clients will be notified directly in the event of any major or significant updates.
