I am not able to independently verify the age of every single person who contacts me - therefore, by submitting a commission request or engaging in any form of communication with me or my content, you confirm in good faith that you are at least 18 years of age.

All commission - related communication should be handled via email to ensure clarity, organization, a smooth workflow, and proper documentation throughout the commission process for both the client and myself. After the initial discussion, alternative methods of communication may be arranged if necessary to maintain a smooth and comfortable communication process for both parties.

PAYMENT INFORMATIONPrices for the services on my website are quoted in EUR. If you are operating in a different currency, please let me know so that I can provide you with an equivalent amount of EUR in your currency. The payment must be received in full before I start working on the commission. Instalment payments are available for commissions starting at a minimum value of 250 EUR. In such cases, work will begin after the first payment (minimum 50% of the total price) has been received. The remaining balance must be paid before the final files are delivered.

PAYPAL INVOICEPayments are made exclusively & only through paypal. You will receive a Paypal Invoice, which you can pay within 24 hours. If payment is not made within this timeframe, the commission will be considered cancelled. Please, keep in mind that prices are not negotiable under any circumstances and due to the digital nature of the commission, all purchases are final. Exchanges are not accepted, so please consider the product carefully before ordering.

REFUND POLICYRefunds are possible under the following conditions: If I have not started the sketch or if I personally cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund (100%). If the lineart has already been applied, you will receive a partial refund (75%). No refunds will be issued once I have started or am in the process of coloring. Any chargeback initiated after the commission has been completed and delivered will be considered a breach of contract. In such cases, all personal usage rights are revoked, and the artwork will be considered unpaid work. I reserve the right to reuse, modify, resell, or upload the artwork as a free base on platforms such as Ko-fi.

COMMISSION INFORMATIONWork on a commission will begin once payment has been received - either in full or as the first installment (minimum 50% of the total price) if a payment plan has been approved. References and images are always appreciated and can help speed up the process. However, I do not accept commissions for existing intellectual property characters (such as characters from movies, anime, video games, comics, or franchises like Pokémon). I only accept original characters or officially licensed designs. Additionally, I do not create content that includes gore, hard kinks, sexual content with minors, minors, or heavy/complex armor designs. You will always receive a sketch first, followed by a coloured sketch, and then a pre-final version of your commission - in that order.

SKETCHING PROCESSThe sketching process consists of two steps. First, I will provide you with sketches of your commission so you can review them and request any changes. Once the sketches are approved, we move on to the second step: applying lineart and colors. You will also receive a base-colored version for approval or possible color adjustments. Please note that during the coloring stage, no changes will be made to the lineart - only the colors can be adjusted.

PRE-FINAL PROCESSThe pre-final version is the stage where minor adjustments can be made. This includes small additions or removals, color changes, or adding extra highlights, shadows, or shading. Please note that no changes will be made to the lineart if it requires redrawing the entire piece. Larger changes are possible, but they will extend the commission timeline and may incur additional costs, so please be clear about your desired adjustments.

QUEUE & WORKFLOWAll commissions are completed and delivered in the order in which they are received. Final files are delivered to the client’s email address only. The standard minimum turnaround time for any commission is 2 weeks, though less complex pieces may be completed earlier. Please note that work on your commission will begin once the current commission in progress has been completed. You will be informed when your project enters the active work stage. Priority commissions are available upon request and must be selected at the time of ordering. An additional fee of 25% of the total commission price will be added to the invoice in exchange for placement at the top of the queue.

QUEUE INFORMATIONDue to the nature of my creative process and the level of detail required for each commission, I am only able to actively work on one project at a time in order to ensure the highest possible quality and focus. This means that your commission will only enter the active work stage once the current project I am working on has been fully completed and delivered. Before placing an order, clients should review the information provided on this page regarding how long commissions typically take. By submitting a commission request, you acknowledge that you understand the estimated waiting time.

COMMISSION CANCELLATIONI reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at my discretion. In the event of cancellation initiated by me, a full refund will be provided. Commissions may be declined or cancelled due to, but not limited to: persistent lack of communication, repeated disregard of the provided timeline, harassment or inappropriate behavior, or an inability to maintain a professional and respectful working relationship. In such cases, all work completed up to the point of cancellation will remain my intellectual property and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without my explicit written consent.

SOCIAL MEDIA INFORMATIONAs the author of all artworks, I reserve the full right to publish any work I have created from the commission - both on social media and in my portfolio. I also reserve the right to stream the entire commission process unless you have specifically requested privacy. Commission privacy is free of charge but must be discussed at the very beginning of our conversation to avoid any misunderstandings. This ensures clarity and respect for both the client’s wishes and my creative process.

COMMISSION POSTINGAfter completing the commission, you will receive a so-called “Display Commission,” which you may post on your social media. Please ensure that any post includes credit to my social media or my name. The commission must not be altered in any way - my brand logo may not be removed, blurred, or replaced with your own logo, and the work may not be claimed as your own creation. Following these guidelines is required to respect the rights and effort behind the commission.

ARTWORK REPOSTINGOthers are permitted to repost my commissions and artworks, provided that full credit to my social media or my name is included. Any unconstructive, insulting, rude, or discriminatory comments toward me, my clients, or my artworks will result in being blocked. Modifying, altering, blurring logos, tracing, copying, or using the artworks in AI projects is strictly prohibited. Any violations may result in appropriate legal action.

RIGHTS INFORMATIONI, Jimiseyo, retain all rights to the artworks I create, as granted by law. By purchasing a commission or service, you are granted only a Personal License to use the artwork for personal purposes. Payment for a commission does not transfer any Copyright, Commercial, or Ownership Rights. Under no circumstances should the commissioned artwork be considered your property or creation, nor may it be sold, resold, altered, or used for purposes beyond those permitted by law and this Agreement.

PERSONAL LICENSEA Personal License allows you to use the artwork for personal purposes only and does not permit generating financial profit. An exception is the use of the artwork on streaming platforms such as Twitch, Kick or Youtube, as this is considered personal use (the artwork itself is not sold as a separate product, even when used within your overlay or displayed on your channel). You may use the artwork on your social media, Discord, as a wallpaper, profile picture, or to create prints and stickers, provided it is solely for personal use.

COMMERCIAL LICENSEA Commercial License allows the artwork to generate revenue through products such as keychains, stickers, t-shirt prints, and other merchandise. Reselling the original artwork itself is strictly prohibited. A Commercial License can be requested in advance when submitting a commission. An additional one-time fee of 150% of the total order value will be added to the invoice. The Commercial License is valid for six months and can be extended upon request.

ADDITIONAL STATEMENTAs an artist, I put genuine care and effort into every commission to deliver a polished, high-quality final piece. I approach each client with individual attention and respect, and I expect the same in return. Please remember that you are not only paying for the artwork itself, but also for my time, expertise, and the quality of the final result. I appreciate constructive feedback, as it helps me grow as a digital artist, but personal and professional boundaries must be respected. To keep communication clear and organized, please contact me only through my email address, unless we have agreed on another method in advance.

CREDIBILITY DISCLAIMERWhen accepting a commission, I assume that any client requesting artwork or illustrations based on original characters has the rights to use them for the intended purposes. It is not my responsibility to verify the credibility of the client. My role is solely to create the work I am commissioned for. However, if any situation raises concerns regarding legality, ethics, or the proper use of the artwork, I reserve the right to cancel the commission and discontinue the project immediately.

LEGAL DISCLAIMERAll information contained herein, including this Agreement, is valid and applicable as of December 9, 2025. As our relationship is strictly professional, it is in your best interest to review and understand the terms outlined here. By commissioning my services, you are deemed to have agreed to the provisions of this Agreement. Individual clauses of the Agreement may be updated, and it is the client’s responsibility to remain informed of any changes. Clients will be notified directly in the event of any major or significant updates.
