Personal License

Personal License is intended for personal, non-commercial use of commissioned artwork. It allows you to enjoy your artwork across personal platforms and private projects while preserving all commercial rights.

Commercial Content License

Commercial Content License allows commissioned artwork to be used as part of monetized digital content, including streaming, social media, videos, and other online platforms. It is ideal for creators, VTubers, influencers, and online businesses.

Commercial Merchandise License

Commercial Merchandise License grants permission to produce and sell physical or digital merchandise featuring the commissioned artwork. This license is intended for products created for commercial distribution and resale.

Branding Usage License

Branding Usage License grants the right to use commissioned branding assets, including logos, brand identities, and related visual materials, as part of your business or personal brand. It covers use across websites, social media, printed materials, packaging, and other brand communications. This license does not permit resale, redistribution, or use outside the commissioned brand without written permission.

What's Included

All illustration commissions include either a Personal License or a Commercial Content License by default, depending on the selected commission type. A Commercial Merchandise License must be purchased separately for merchandise production. Branding commissions include a Branding Usage License, which follows separate licensing terms appropriate for visual identity projects.

Important Information

Licensing applies only to the permitted use of the commissioned artwork and does not transfer copyright ownership. All rights not expressly granted remain with the artist.
